Massed Learning
Massed learning is not something that were not recommended to practice in learning which is generally defined as practice that occurs continuously without rest between learning. It will cause problem to massed learner because they studying all the materials in a short period at one time.
Spaced Learning
Spaced learning is the best way to study than massed learning because its spread out over time and allows the information to consolidate in the long-term memory. The learning sessions that has break within it will give time to organize the info perfectly.
OTHER WAYS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY
- Break Reading Materials(Have break between study in some period of time)
- Practice(Repeat the info many times)
- Associations(Linked the info into the imagination with a thing, person, place or situation)
